Daniel Mora, known professionally as Felmax, is a Venezuelan electronic dance music producer and DJ that now resides in the United States. Felmax spent his early childhood years in Maracaibo, Venezuela where he grew up before fleeing the country to find asylum in the United States. Daniel moved to Miami, Florida where he formally began his musical career as a DJ and music producer. Early on, Felmax was most known for his production and influence in the underground Hip-Hop scene in Miami, Florida. Following, Daniel gravitated to electronic music and quickly became known for his hit remix of Iggy Azalea’s single “Fancy” that released on Trap Nation. Afterwards, Felmax made his debut performance at Life in Color Music Festival in 2015.
In 2016, Daniel found his niche in music and began receiving support from major artists like Tiesto, Steve Aoki, Bassjackers, Krewella, and Martin Garrix who began playing his music at music festivals and nightclubs across the world. Felmax then released his first major original collaboration “Zebras in America” with Graves that was performed live by Borgore, Brillz, and many more… Following, Felmax embarked on Tour with incognito trap duo ATLiens and performed and simultaneously released several singles on Steve Aoki’s record label Dim Mak Records. One of which was a collaboration with Max Styler titled “Skyline” that made its way to an anthem for the LA Galaxy’s Soccer Team and was featured in the LA Weekly. Felmax, furthermore made a name for himself as a dance music producer when he released “Dough” and “Chapel” on Trap Nation, that charted millions across YouTube, Spotify, and Soundcloud. Felmax has also been featured on Annie Nightingale BBC Radio Mix and Anna Lunoe’s Beats 1 Radio. More recently, Felmax released his Debut “Hyperbolic Time Chamber” EP on Spinnin Records that was later noted by We Rave You as “as one of the most complete and comprehensive releases of 2017…”.
